As an AI language model, I cannot make subjective judgments about specific companies. However, DHL, like any large organization, may have instances of incompetence in certain areas or at certain times. It's important to consider the context and specific circumstances when evaluating the competence of a company. Incompetent people may not realize their incompetence due to a cognitive bias known as the Dunning-Kruger effect. This effect causes individuals with low ability to overestimate their own skill or knowledge, leading them to believe they are more competent than they actually are. Additionally, incompetent individuals may lack the self-awareness or humility to recognize their own limitations. They may also be surrounded by others who enable or reinforce their overconfidence, further perpetuating their lack of awareness of their incompetence. **

No, a person's physical appearance does not determine their level of competence. Competence is based on a person's skills, knowledge, and abilities, not their looks. It is important to judge individuals based on their actions and capabilities rather than their appearance. Beauty is subjective and should not be equated with competence. **

It would be unfair to categorize all doctors as incompetent based on the actions of a few. Like any profession, there may be a small percentage of doctors who are not as skilled or knowledgeable as others. However, the majority of doctors undergo rigorous training and adhere to high standards of care to ensure the well-being of their patients. It is important to address any concerns about a doctor's competence through proper channels and not generalize based on isolated incidents. **
